NEW Guidelines for Your Visit to Sharrott Winery

In order to provide the best experience and the service you’ve come to expect here at Sharrott Winery, we have instituted new policies. So, whether it’s your first visit or you’re a seasoned pro, we ask you to review these guidelines before your next visit.

Groups

Due to space limitations we can only accommodate Tasting Groups up to 8 people.

In our Wine Bar, we can accommodate Seated Groups up to 10 people. Seating in our Wine Bar is first-come, first-served. Please see our Host to be seated. All members of your party must be present to be seated.

Tastings

No reservation required. Walk-ins welcome.  Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate Tasting Groups up to 8 people.

Wine Bar Seating

Please see host for seating. All seating is first come first served, no reservations. Party decorations and moving tables is prohibited. Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate Seated Groups up to 10 people.

Food and Drink

No outside alcohol, food or drinks permitted. We serve a Wine Bar menu (Wednesday through Sunday) in our Tasting Room with a selection of gourmet cheese plates, flat breads, and small plates for your enjoyment.

Pets

Per Health Department regulations, pets are not permitted on the property. Service dogs welcome.

Smoking/Vaping

No smoking/vaping permitted in the winery, on the patio, or winery grounds.

Children

Wine is an adult activity. Children must be attended at all times and are not permitted in the vineyard for safety reasons. Remember, we are a working farm.

Organized Parties

Organized parties and celebrations (including birthday parties, bachelorette, and other parties) are not permitted. Party decorations and moving tables is also prohibited.


How Can You Help Us

Due to recent mandates, we have adjust our polices to comply with the guidelines set by our government and the CDC. Please read our new procedures, as well as our Health and Safety practices.


Cover Up

Unless seated, we ask that you wear a mask whenever you are out of your seat. including entering the winery and to use the restrooms.

Stay Distanced

We know you want to enjoy your winery experience with all your friends and family, and so do we! However, in order to keep interactions to a minimum, we have to limit group sizes to 8 people (including children and non-drinkers). Our tables are spaced 6ft apart to keep all our guest healthy and comfortable.

Be Alert

Please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. We want what is best for you, our guests, and our staff.


What We Are Doing to Help You

Guidelines for best practices have been set by our local government, GSWGA, and the CDC. Here are the steps we are taking to ensure your safety as well as our employees.


Clean Thoroughly and Often

We will continue to maintain high standards for cleaning and sanitization, but will increased precautions in order to meet CDC requirements. All high touch areas - tables, chairs, door knobs, phones and more are being sanitized and disinfected on a regular basis. Glasses and dishes are cleaned and sanitized in our high-efficiency dishwasher.

Stay Healthy

Our staff is required to fill out a wellness form to make sure they are healthy and ready to serve you and your loved ones! We are asking them to stay home from work if they show any symptoms related to COVID-19.

No Masks, No Gloves, No Servers

Each member of our staff will be wearing masks and gloves during the entirety of their shift. Hand washing stations and hand sanitizer are readily available and used frequently.
