If you missed it when we offered it in February we’re back with the classic and complex aspects of pairing wine and cheese. This course will teach you the basics of choosing and serving cheese with tasting examples prepared by our certified sommelier, Khadija Woods. Winemaker Larry Sharrott will also be on hand to answer any of your winemaking questions.
